MassHealth Hospital Pay-for-Performance Initiative

Is your hospital prepared to collect and transmit data for the MassHealth Hospital P4P Initiative? Manage your data reporting and submission with Outcome's MassHealth Solution.

Why should your hospital take advantage of this MassHealth initiative?

• $75 million has been allocated in RY2011 (01/01/2010 –12/31/2010 data) for eligible Medicaid discharges from Massachusetts hospitals.

• To receive an incentive payment, your hospital must submit via a validated transmission.

• If you are already an Outcome customer for other quality reporting programs. Enrollment requires a brief amendment to your current contract.

• If you are not currently using Outcome for your Joint Commission programs, you can still participate using a data transfer from your current Joint Commission vendor.
