PQRS Partner Program A Simple Tool to Help Your Physicians Get Their Reimbursement One Tool for Easy Reimbursement The Outcome PQRS (formerly PQRI) Partner Program is a CMS qualified, web-based registry that enables organizations to offer PQRS to their affiliated physicians. Unlike other registries, our PQRS Partner Program provides hospital, outpatient, and PQRS reporting capabilities in one system, allowing your hospital or PHO to offer your affiliated physicians a simple solution to getting their reimbursement. Leverage Existing Data Our unique registry allows your organization to leverage the data that you have already collected for existing programs to prepopulate many of the measure data requirements for your physicians in several specialties. Where additional data is needed to complete the measure requirements, these data can be easily added by either your institution or by the physician practice. We offer both a data uploader and integration with EHR and EMR systems to reduce duplicate data entry. Become a Partner Once enrolled, we will create physician PQRS accounts for every physician that you designate and will notify them that they have a PQRS account through your organization. When the physician activates their account, they will have the ability to select their measures, choose the reporting period, view the data that has already been collected, and add additional data if needed.
