Hospitals participating in Get With The Guidelines® that demonstrate high performance are eligible to receive Performance Achievement Awards.

  • The Bronze Performance Achievement Award is conferred on hospitals that have achieved ninety consecutive days of 85% adherence to performance measures.
  • The Silver Performance Achievement Award is conferred on hospitals that have achieved twelve consecutive months of 85% adherence to performance measures.
  • The Gold Performance Achievement Award is conferred on hospitals that have achieved twenty-four or more consecutive months of 85% adherence to performance measures.
