Scientific Services Our Scientific Affairs team consists of epidemiologists, biostatisticians, pharmacists, and clinicians who work together on observational and experimental research, risk management, and quality management and improvement programs. This team leads or assists in the development of scientific concepts and study protocols and guides study execution, analysis, and interpretation. Our Scientific Affairs group also leads the Outcome DEcIDE Center for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. Under this program, Outcome led the creation of the handbook, “Registries for Evaluating Patient Outcomes: A User’s Guide” to guide the creation, execution, and evaluation of registries. |
