Management and Support
Outcome provides highly qualified electronic data capture (EDC) training staff who are adept at training even the most technically naive sites. Trainings are typically performed one-on-one, over the phone with the user and the Outcome EDC trainer on the Internet. Because the Outcome system is so easy to use, the average training takes approximately 20 minutes. Outcome’s training staff regularly trains as many as 200 sites per week.
EDC trainers are also available for investigator meetings, development of multi-media training materials, onsite sponsor/CRO training, and web teleconference trainings.
Highly qualified Site Management personnel, with expertise in both post-approval programs and web EDC, are available for real-time user support through both telephone and email channels. Depending on the study requirements, the Outcome™ Site Management team can be trained to address site management questions and issues such as those surrounding site enrollment, protocol details, and IRB approvals.
The Site Management team also frequently performs outbound calling as a means of regular site follow-up as well as to help encourage increased patient enrollment. Online user documentation is provided in the form of training manuals, frequently asked questions (FAQs), Quick Tips, and other documentation.
Additionally, offline materials can be made available should the sponsor or users desire. All interactions with users are logged in a sophisticated contact management system to facilitate issue tracking and to promote thorough contact history.
