Quintiles Outcome’s interactive voice systems provide a comprehensive solution that allows for randomization to control for bias and support complex study design, patient reported outcomes to enable patients to self-report information, and follow-up surveys. Any voice submitted data is immediately available for reporting and analytics for the study, as it is stored in the same central database as the rest of the study data.
